Mr. Zachary, originally from Connecticut, earned his BFA in Advertising Design from Syracuse University and spent the frontside of his career in the marketing industry. Mr. Zachary joined The SALT Group in 2008 as a Regional Business Development Manager and was originally responsible for new business engagements.

Currently, Mr. Zachary oversees all aspects of the company's lead generation, regional sales teams and inside sales operations.
