Mr. Rons is originally from Iowa and earned his B.A. degree in Psychology from Iowa State University and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training Program. Before joining the Company in 2008, Mr. Rons enjoyed many years of his career in Retail Management having implemented one of the first on-line grocery sales and delivery models for his organization.

In 2015, Mr. Rons lead the operations of The SALT Group ®, in a position originally responsible for the leadership of the Consulting Services division of the Company and later expanded to oversight of the Administrative and Operational functions of the company overall.

As the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Rons is responsible for ensuring that the workflow process remains fluid and seamless across all areas of the organization including Consulting Management (Scheduling, Travel Administration and Field Operations), Service Development and Partner Recruitment, Accounts Receivable, and Information Technologies.
